HSNEGA Foster Program
Foster Homes temporarily open up their homes to one of HSNEGA’s animals in need. Fostering helps open up a kennel for another animal, socialize our animals and get them ready for adoption, and get some of our most vulnerable animals out of the stressful kennel environment. Foster families are needed for dog socialization, to care for moms & babies, to help young kittens and puppies thrive, and to help the healing process for sick and/or injured animals. Volunteers must be able to provide safe transportation for the rescue to and from HSNEGA. HSNEGA will provide the necessary care instructions and all the basic supplies needed to care for the animal(s) including food, medication, housing/kennels, and toys.
